Fee: $1500

You can pay through several ways:

• Cash – bring to parent meeting.
• Check – Payable to Apex Volleyball Academy at parent meeting.
• Online via credit card.  You can set up monthly or pay later payments through Paypal– A processing fee applies.

What the fee pays for: 

-NEW THIS YEAR: HUDL/ BALLTIME stats, highlights and LIVE STREAM

-NEW THIS YEAR: Recruiting profile through HUDL 

-NEW THIS YEAR: LAS VEGAS & SPOKANE TOURNAMENT 

- Tournament fees for 7 tournaments per season. 

- Gym time fees for practice 2x per week Feb-May

- 2 Club workout and Mindset sessions 

- Coaching pay

- Travel expenses for coaches

- Jersey top

- Travel backpack personalized name tag

- Regional registration fees

- Volleyball equipment for season (balls, carts, pumps, ball bags etc) 

- Free access and unlimited downloads from photo portal for team pictures by Kristy Pancoast photography.  https://www.kristypancoastphoto.com/

*Players return backpacks and jerseys.  We have a fundraiser where you can earn back a portion of your fee!  Families that participated last year got an average of $260 of their fee back.  

Club fee DOES NOT include any player travel expenses to tournaments. Travel arrangements need to be made by families.

March 8: Kalispell

March 22: Helena

April 12: Stevensville

April 19: Butte

April 25-26: Spokane (2 day tournament)

May2-3: Billings ( 2 day tournament) 

May 8-10: Las Vegas (3 day tournament) 

Sundays 4:30- 6:00

Wednesdays 8:00-9:30 pm

Thursdays 6:00-7:30 (these will be position specific practices) 

First practice: February 11th
