What the fee pays for: 

- HUDL live stream

- Tournament fees for 6-7 Montana tournaments per season

- Gym time fees for practice 2x per week Feb-May

- ALL Club workouts and Mindset sessions in January

- Coaching pay

- Travel expenses for coaches

- Jersey top

- Travel backpack and personalized name tag

- Team warmup top

- Regional registration fees

- Volleyball equipment for season (balls, carts, pumps, ball bags etc) 

- Professional team pictures  (Unlimited downloads from photo portal by Kristy Pancoast Photography.  https://www.kristypancoastphoto.com/ )

*Players return backpacks and jerseys.  We have a fundraiser where you can earn back a portion of your fee!  Families that participated last year got an average of $236 of their fee back.  

Club fee DOES NOT include any player travel expenses to tournaments. Travel arrangements need to be made by families. 

You can pay in several ways:

• Cash – bring to parent meeting.
• Check – Payable to Apex Volleyball Academy at parent meeting.
• Online via credit card.  You can set up monthly or pay later payments through Paypal– A processing fee applies.
